We also can do custom cleans. Our first clean (or one time clean) is a deep clean of the entire home and is billed by the hour. After that we bill a set fee for maintenance cleaning, the price depends on the size of the home and other factors such as pets, knick - knacks, etc....We are insured and bonded and we supply all of the cleaning supplies and equipment.
